Conclusion of contract
Your contractual partner in all orders is ARTCO GmbH. Your order will become binding when you click on the "buy" button. Your order is accepted and carried out by means of the delivery of the goods.
Dispatch and delivery
Delivery to post office boxes are impossible. You will receive the goods ordered, where possible, in a single delivery. This does not apply if your order contains items which have to be packaged separately or dispatched by different carriers, or if it can only be delivered at a later date.
Delivery costs
Prices do not include postage. These are payable on top of the purchase price. The current mentioned
delivery costs in the shop are effective for one item for deliveries inside of Europe. The final delivery costs will be mentioned at the order confirmation.
Pricing and payment
Prices do include statutory turnover tax. You will receive a demand of payment by order confirmation.
Goods will be despatched after receipt of payment. Deliveries by invoice are also possible, according agreement.
Reservation of ownership
Even if they have already been delivered to you, the goods ordered remain the property of ARTCO GmbH’s Artshop until they have been paid for in full.
Notice of revocation
A right of revocation does not exist if the goods you have ordered are destined for use as part of your commercial or self-employed professional activities.
As a private consumer, you may revoke your order within a period of 14 days, without stating the reasons, in text form, i.e. by letter, fax or e-mail, or by returning the goods. This period begins with the receipt of the notice of revocation and the goods. Posting the revocation or the goods in time is sufficient for observing the period.

In the event of an effective revocation, services received on both sides must be refunded and, where applicable, benefits which have been enjoyed (e.g. advantages of usage) must be released. Forfeiture can be demanded if the goods have deteriorated or if they can no longer be returned in full or in part. This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is exclusively attributed to its examination – as it would have been possible for you, for example in a retail shop. In all other respects, you can avoid the forfeiture obligation by not using the goods as a proprietor and refraining from doing anything to compromise the value of the goods. You must send back any goods which can be posted.
Data protection
Your personal details will only be used to process your order. For this purpose, the data may be passed on to service providers involved, especially mail-order companies. You will be notified of your right of objection. The data will be blocked for advertising purposes following your objection.
ARTCO GmbH examines and updates the information on its Internet sites continuously. In spite of all care taken, the data may have changed in the interim. For this reason, liability for or a guarantee on the timeliness, accuracy and completeness of the information provided cannot be accepted. The same applies for all other Internet sites referred to by means of a hyperlink. ARTCO GmbH is not responsible for the content of external Internet sites reached through such links.
Furthermore, ARTCO GmbH retains the right to make amendments or additions to the information published on its Internet sites. The content and structure of ARTCO’s Internet sites are protected by copyright. The duplication of information or data, in particular, the utilization of texts, parts of texts or graphical material requires the prior approval of ARTCO GmbH.
Copyright information
All reproductions, texts, pictures, organizational elements of the Internet sites, sound, video and other animation materials are subject to ARTCO GmbH’s copyright. They may not be copied, altered, transmitted or used on other Internet sites, irrespective of whether they are destined for commercial purposes or transferral to third parties. The Internet sites of ARTCO GmbH’s Artshop contain reproductions of paintings and other artworks which themselves are subject to the individual artist's copyright and for this reason, may not be copied, distributed to third parties or used in any other unauthorized way.
